Clean Air in NH…Not Without a Challenge to the Election Results!
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Seriously folks, I’m just not sure why I should continue to support this campaign if they’re not going to contest the results in NH and Iowa. There is plenty of evidence to at least warrant an investigation. Why do the campaign staff for Ron Paul drag their feet?
I can appreciate that they probably are concerned with their reputation and are trying to distance themselves from us lunatics that think our election process is no longer trustworthy.
But I’m not sure that’s a smart course, oh it’s safe for sure, but ignore us loonies at your peril, there will be blowback.
I’ve been a supporter and admirer of Dr. Paul since we met at a barbecue back in 1979 or 1980 and have been actively encouraging others to support him as well.
WILL RON PAUL AUTHORIZE AN AUDIT OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE PRIMARY?
Maybe it’s just that they’ve already conceded the election to the media darlings and don’t think they can win and have some “we’re not gonna win, so let’s just influence the dialog” agenda. I can’t tell.
My plea to the Ron Paul campaign….Just let us know that you don’t intend to win and we’ll go back to the shadows and hope we’re not rounded up as domestic terrorists for wanting to be free.

Came across a cool article this morning at a new blog Building Stones that gives a really simple explanation on what inflation really is.
Our money is worthless, that is what the media means when they talk about the cost of inflation. It’s not that a gallon of gas has gone up in value, it means that it takes more of your deflated currency to purchase that same gallon.
Wake up America.
Back to that new blog, some really interesting stuff there, Building Stones by the pathfinder. Check it out.

October 10th. Are you early?
I’ve had so few thoughts of you. You snuck up on me.
How can you still do this to my heart?
It’s been 18 years.
Do you even remember me?
18 years.
I still remember the day you left.
Why did you have to leave me?
I haven’t cried since.
There was so much more
I needed to learn.
Things you could have
taught me.
I miss you.
I wish there was more I could
tell my kids other than how
you were abandoned with five children
by your first husband.
And that your next choice of spouse
was no prize either.
Why is it that two irresponsible drunks
are still alive and you are gone?
I tell them what I remember, but the memories are fading.
All of my nine children have your wit and love for words.
I regret they never knew you.
But then, I never really knew you, did I?
I’m so sorry for that.
Rita Edlund, my mother.
She would have been 69 years old.
Can someone please explain to me why Fred Thompson is so popular ?”
“Can someone explain to me why Fred Thompson is so popular ?”
He comes across to me as an actor playing the role of presidential candidate.
Maybe Fred is so popular because:
- He’s a TV actor.
- His wife wears low-cut dresses.
- He’s taller than all the other candidates at 6′5″
- He is the one the President is really supporting
- He gave money to the Libby defense fund. (see above)
- He thinks dissent makes us weak.(see above)
- He will continue the neo-con policy to war with Iran.(see above)
- Because he was a mole for the Nixon administration
Other than that I don’t know. He was a do nothing senator from Tennessee, was a bit character on a TV show and a movie, a Washington lobbyist andNixon thought he was dumb.

2008 election fred thompson nixon watergate No commentsSo, Greenspan thinks we don’t need a raise?
After reading the headline that Greenspan thinks we should open our borders to lower incomes, I composed a short note for the ex-chairman (I thought you retired) Greenspan.
Dear Alan,
I see you’re still making news. Given the free fall of the dollar, I’d think you’d be making yourself scarce.
Your latest suggestion for me taking a wage cut to save the economy is a little hard for me to swallow, because for the last 25 years, I’ve been living a wage cut.
When I got married 25 years ago, I was self employed making about $30k/year. A modest home in thise days could be purchased for about $65k and things were looking good.
Five years into my marriage, now with two children, I noticed that my income wasn’t keeping up. I had to work more hours to earn the same amount. Not that you had anything to do with that, but I noticed you started working at the Fed that year.
In todays dollars, I would need to be earning $74k to have the same purchasing power as I had in 1982. (Click Here for a Great Purchasing Power Calculator)
I need to tell you, because you obviously don’t know, but there are not alot of opportunities to make $74k/yr thanks to your Congressional recommendations and Fed policies of the previous 15 years.
Oh sure, your buddies on Wall Street are getting by and the CEO’s of these multinational corporations are pulling in millions. But I’m talking about the people that make all that possible.
So, what about the workers that allowed that corporation to earn a profit? Tell me, why is the median CEO compensation 160 times the average earned by American production workers?
And you don’t think we should raise the minimum wage? How do we keep up with the ravages of declining buying power? Do you realize there are families that need the boost?
I’m wondering why you didn’t refuse the pay increases you received all those years, if it’s so good for our economy? Are you part of a priviledged class? Silly me, I didn’t realize we had an aristocracy in America.
Say, I’ve got an idea, why don’t you get in touch with all your Wall St pals, and in lieu of those gargantuan bonuses for the CEO’s, have them divvy up the bonuses and give that money to their employees. It’d be a nice gesture and one that’d get my wholehearted support.
So, now that we’ve lowered your wages and that of your friends on Wall Street, let’s lower the wages of all the Republicrats in Washington who vote themselves pay raises, while denying a minimum wage increase for American workers.
Anything short of that won’t do.
In closing, I wanted to thank you for all the sage advice and recommendations that led to driving the dollar to it’s lowest point in over 15 years.
One last thing, please shut up and retire already.
You friend,
Roy

The Zionist senator from Connecticut is at it again. He’s doing all he can to get us into a war with Iran.
Look at him beg Petraeus to ask him for the authority to attack. Funny Petraeus didn’t take the bait, is there sanity in the military?
This time teamed up with the dishonorable fellow neo-con artist Jon Kyl. (Z-AZ)** $163,025*. Together, they introduced an amendment to a bill that thru a long list of questionable facts and out of context quotes suggest that it is the sense of the senate that we invade another country on the PNAC “wish” (read Hit) list. Iran.
You can read about the Axis of Evil and other scary PNAC stories in this Sept 2000 PNAC report “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” here.
Doing a quick review of the amendment co-sponsors we find:
Joe Lieberman (Z-CT)** $268258*
Norm Coleman (Z-MN)** $38,980*
Lamar Alexander (W-TN)**
John Ensign (W-NV)** $21,700*
Lindsey Graham (W-SC)**
* Pro-Israel PAC Contributions to 2006 Congressional Candidates
** W=War Party or Bushite, Z=Zionist Party
So, we’ve got two (2) Zionist senators and three (3) War party senators.
So what exactly is a “Sense of the Senate” amendment.
It’s really nothing. Okay, not nothing, but it is only Senate doublespeak for “we wish we could make this a law.” It’s a posturing thing. But don’t fool yourself into thinking it’s nothing to worry about.
They’re laying the track for the train to war. They really don’t care how long it takes. And it doesn’t really matter who the President is going to be. The alignment is nearing completion and all we need now is a fake attack to set it off.
Anyway, here’s the Amendment that passed overwhelmingly yesterday, 76-22.
No kidding, it passed. Okay, so they had to tone down the war rhetoric a little, but nonetheless, your senators voted for it.
(b) Sense of Senate.–It is the sense of the Senate–
(1) that the manner in which the United States transitions and structures its military presence in Iraq will have critical long-term consequences for the future of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East, in particular with regard to the capability of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to pose a threat to the security of the region, the prospects for democracy for the people of the region, and the health of the global economy;
(2) that it is a vital national interest of the United States to prevent the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran from turning Shi’a militia extremists in Iraq into a Hezbollah-like force that could serve its interests inside Iraq, including by overwhelming, subverting, or co-opting institutions of the legitimate Government of Iraq;
(3) that it should be the policy of the United States to combat, contain, and roll back the violent activities and destabilizing influence inside Iraq of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, its foreign facilitators such as Lebanese Hezbollah, and its indigenous Iraqi proxies;
(4) to support the prudent and calibrated use of all instruments of United States national power in Iraq, including diplomatic, economic, intelligence, and military instruments, in support of the policy described in paragraph (3) with respect to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its proxies;
(5) that the United States should designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps as a foreign terrorist organization under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act and place the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps on the list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists, as established under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and initiated under Executive Order 13224; and
(6) that the Department of the Treasury should act with all possible expediency to complete the listing of those entities targeted under United Nations Security Council Resolutions 1737 and 1747 adopted unanimously on December 23, 2006 and March 24, 2007, respectively.
The warmongers in the senate are using the exact same strategy with this amendment that they did when they were laying the groundwork for invasion of Iraq.

I wanted to share a video here of a kid getting tasered at the University of Florida. It is enough to make you cry, if you let it, to see where we are as a society.
This kid, someone’s son, was viciously manhandled and tasered while in handcuffs by the authorities and everyone sheepishly sits there and allows it to happen.
The buffoon, John Kerry, (who could have shown some leadership, if he only knew what that was) was the only one in the assembly that could have ended the situation. But, if you listen carefully, he just keeps rambling on. As though the cries for help from this young man are nothing more than some static in the line. He has since claimed that he had no idea the young man was tasered.
It made me ashamed to see the students just sit there. Near the end, there was a young woman screaming at the cops, but she gets warned off. Threatened off is more like it.
Was that something?
Interestingly enough, I was involved in a discussion over the weekend with a new friend’s 20 year old son. After awhile we cautiously ventured into this subject of governmental authority.
And before I realized what was happening, like a master swordsman with sword unsheathed, he was deftly wielding Romans 13 about without regard for life or limb.
I was struck by the swiftness and his almost robotic response, as he bandied about biblical Roman law; that we are required to submit to authority, since all authority is ordained of God.
“After all,” he said, “they don’t carry the sword for nothing.”
It was the old, “if you’re not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to fear” routine. So, I countered with, what must have appeared to be a most meager parry,
“So, you mean that we mindlessly, like sheep, need to submit to that authority and never question it.”
Clearly, I was not interested in a bloodfest, after all, we just met and I really liked this kid, so we moved on gingerly to other topics.
Eyeing each other warily, of course.
Reflecting on this discussion is why I found it extremely interesting to see this playing itself out in the real world. Authority stomping the rights of the individual and no one doing anything about it.
Seeing the comments to this video on YouTube, where this individual is demonized and the police are lauded as heroes protecting our national security.
My friend’s son firmly believes that all authority is God’s authority and clearly he is not alone.
I’ve spent the better part of the day trying to figure out why these people can’t see the signs of totalitarianism all around us.
I’d think it was obvious that the police are no longer public servants and that their jackbooted trampling of our rights is now the norm. More and more they respond from a position of supreme authority.
They’ve become the public masters and see themselves as the keepers of the law that we lowly “citizens” need to bow down to. These laws are constantly being revised under the guise of public safety, that bestow upon the police all the rights, while ours are being taken away.
This leads to the question:
The truth is I think the answer is both, if by “rule” we mean they are to prevent the violation of the rights of individuals. That’s when the government rules justly, by serving.
You see the government doesn’t grant me rights, they are endowed by the Creator, to every man. I am no man’s servant by decree.
These rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are inalienable. Meaning that they cannot be abridged or suspended, they’re unchangeable. Clearly stating where the governemnt does or doesn’t have authority.
But then I started looking at the comments on YouTube to this video.
So many people think this kid got what he deserved. “How can this be?”, my heart cried out.
As a believer in the Constitution of the US, I thought that all laws would respect our rights, I had no idea that Florida law does not allow you to physically resist even an unlawful command of a police officer. If you don’t submit, you are guilty, period. Check it out here.
Are you kidding me?
Don’t you see that you have been classified as a non-equal to the police officer? Not all men are equal, but we are the servants of the government.
I’ve always assumed that while I should be expected to comply with an officer’s reasonable actions, I also assumed I would be allowed to defend myself from unreasonable, excessive force used by the officer.
I mean I possess a God-given right against unreasonable search and seizure. It’s guaranteed and can’t be legislated away.
That my friend is totalitarianism.
If they can make it a crime to not comply with law enforcement, we are in a police state, where we are rendered powerless.
I’ve posted a few other videos documenting police brutality, just so you don’t think this is a random occurrence.
4th amendment bill of rights constitution police brutality police state taser UF student tazed 1 commentJose Padilla CONVICTED? The time to be very afraid is here.
I was absolutely horrified when I read that Jose Padilla was found guilty on extremely vague conspiracy charges by a jury of his peers, fellow Americans. They found him guilty…all of them, on all charges.
The President and this jury believe that he possesses the power to imprison US citizens without charges, with no opportunity to contest the charges, without fixed or specified limit, indefinitely; simply by saying the magic words…”enemy combatant”.
I guess we should forget about the Supreme Court ruling about whether or not the President has the power to imprison U.S. citizens without charges.
It makes me cringe to think about how far from our pledge of “liberty and justice for all” we have fallen and how the Sixth and Eighth Amendments to the former law of the land are now laid to rest.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
All Denied to Jose Padilla.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Jose Padilla was tortured for 3+ years, why is that not cruel and unusual?
America. It is time for us to be very afraid.
Let’s go over a hypothetical story here. Like Dragnet, the religions have been changed to expose the guilty.
Let’s suppose you really support the Israelis, you know, God’s chosen people.
And the reason you are supporting them is because all the world is persecuting them and funding wars against them, they’re almost shoahed out of existence. For years your government has been encouraging you to do so, not to mention, there is an oil pipeline deal that needs to go through. Big money for everyone involved.
So, you travel to the holy land to show support for your brethren and enroll in a Hebrew school to better understand the sacred writings that you both adhere to. You become a proud member of the Yishuv Jewish Brigade and proudly make war with warring warlords that threaten the very existence of their state. You even go so far as to take on a Hebrew name of someone you admire, Adam Pearlman. But your friends just call you Gideon.
While you are there, a couple of multi-story buildings implode on themselves in NYC, and magically with the flimsiest of evidence, all fingers point to the Yishuv Brigade.
Your government, finally fed up with all the deceit and lying, finally fed up with AIPAC controlling the political discourse in the USA, votes to authorize the President to use force to coerce Israel to obey the 60+ UN Resolutions against it.
The Congress whips up a resolution known as the Authorization for Use of Military Force avoiding its responsibility to declare war and the president issues a Presidential Military Order giving himself the power to detain non-citizens suspected of connection to the “Yishuv Brigade terrorist organization”, as enemy combatants.
The attorney general defines an enemy combatant as “any individual who was part of or supported the Yishuv Brigade forces, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners. This includes any person who committed a belligerent act or has directly supported hostilities in aid of enemy armed forces.
Meanwhile, you’ve completed your training and you are warring with the warlords in Israel, supporting your friends, (the former friends, now enemy of your government), completely unaware of the goings on in the police state formerly known as America.
By a stroke of the pen, you are an enemy combatant.
Meanwhile, following the attack on the two buildings, the warnings about potential attacks on American targets by the terrorists of the Yishuv Brigade, in all their vaguery, had begun to take its toll. Your government was beginning to be ridiculed in the press and all the color coded rhetoric in the world couldn’t save them.
And some suggested that maybe the sacrifices of our liberty demanded by the acts of the Patriots in Congress were not necessary.
Oh Adam, it’s a bad time to return home to see your mother.
You are stopped at the terminal, a red flag on Adam “Gideon” Pearlman. You are apprehended as a material witness to the two buildings in NYC that collapsed in their own footprint.
The FBI has been surveilling you and two days earlier, you were surfing the internet looking at the
pictures of the two buildings blown up in NYC. You followed a link to a similar building in Chicago where your mother lived and then followed a link to a demolitions company that was at the scene of the implosions. You saw a name you remembered from your rough child hood and followed a link to his shoe company……The attorney general interrupts his dinner and goes on national television to proclaim: “From information available to the United States government, I am pleased to announce today a significant step forward in the War on Terrorism. We have captured the known terrorist, Gideon, a high level Yishuv Brigade member, involved in planning future terrorist attacks including blowing up a Chicago high rise with a dirty nookular shoe bomb.”
“Because of close cooperation among the FBI, the CIA, Defense Department and other federal agencies, we were able to thwart this terrorist.”
Granted this information, via a waterboard and another guest of the detention team, was probably suspect and that a rigorous investigation by the FBI had turned up no evidence that you had begun any preparations for an attack on the homeland and little evidence to support the government’s contention that you received significant support from Yishuv Brigade officials.
One official even said that the whole idea that you are a linchpin in a plot to wreak havoc on an American city with a dirty shoe bomb was “blown out of all proportion.”
Nonetheless, a complete history of your troubled youth is paraded on national news and though you are never charged you are accused over and over and over.
The president says you are a bad guy and you should be detained.
You are put up in a fancy brig all to yourself because you are so dangerous. There is an electrical problem and the lights have to stay on 24hrs a day. Concerned that you might see or hear something to hurt your sensibilty you have to wear opaque glasses and earplugs. And they are concerned about your stress and so they force you sit in way to cure your stress condition.
And since you have been deprived of your senses, you somehow endure this for 3-1/2 years.
Finally, the courts say you get to have a trial. You are not fully aware, but you know a jury of your peers would never allow such an egregious act to go unpunished. The government will surely pay for depriving you of your senses and your habeas corpus rights.
Sorry, but that was before we declared war on terror. (I mean passed a resolution authorizing the commander-in-chief to use force against terror.)
There was only hearsay evidence. No Matter. Guilty. Life in prison.
End of story.
That scene just played itself out in America 2007. She has lost her soul.
The time to be very afraid is here.
